In order to earn fuel points in Harris Teeter stores, you need to sign up for a free VIC card, which gives automatic savings on specially marked VIC items, entry into sweepstakes, and more. If you use the Harris Teeter app, you can view your point balance in your account, or you can simply check the bottom of your receipt when you shop.
When you purchase participating items at Harris Teeter with your VIC card, you earn one fuel point for each dollar spent.

Want a faster way to save on gas with Harris Teeter Fuel Points? You’ll earn double fuel points when you purchase retailer gift cards with your VIC card at Harris Teeter. A $25 gift card purchase earns 50 fuel points.
Get 50 Fuel Points with each Non-Federally-Funded Prescription Purchase
When you pick up a non-federally funded prescription, you’ll earn fifty fuel points. Federally funded prescriptions earn one point for every dollar of your out-of-pocket costs for new, transferred and refilled prescriptions. Plus, customers will receive 150 fuel points for 90-day prescriptions.
How to Redeem Points for Epic Savings
Customers can redeem fuel points at Harris Teeter Fuel Centers and at participating BP and Amoco stations. You can redeem up to 1,000 fuel points in a single transaction (up to 1 dollar off per gallon). Fuel savings are limited to a single purchase of up to 35 gallons of unleaded, mid-grade, premium, diesel, or E85. (Not all stations may have all grades.)
