First, confirm your loyalty profile is up to date.
Make sure your rental company loyalty account has your current driver’s license and credit card information on file. If this information is expired or missing, express pickup and counter-skip benefits may not apply.
For Pay Now bookings:
Look for the “Frequent renter number” field directly on the checkout screen and enter your loyalty program number before completing your reservation.
For Pay Later bookings:
On the checkout screen, find the rental company’s “Reward Points and Discounts” section, expand it, and enter your loyalty program number in the appropriate field. This works for all Pay Later bookings—whether your reservation is made directly with AutoSlash or through our booking partner, Priceline.
